Reviewers' Guidelines

Crit is here to assist you in aligning  and improving the world. We accomplish this by providing you with a public and strong review platform where you can share and discover experiences, as well as engage with businesses to assist them in improving.

What we request is that you pay attention to these standards to assist us in keeping  Crit  a collaborative and trustworthy environment for everyone to enjoy. We appreciate you for joining us on this journey, together we will reform our world.

When a Review is needed

If you've just had a personal experience, you can leave a comment. However, if the business offers you reductions, compensations or a reward to write a review, you are not allowed to do so because these actions will undermine honest reviews.

Reviews enable you to share your experiences  and provide feedback about businesses to the public. Just keep it simple and write on your recent experiences, that way, others learn about what the business has been doing lately!

Write something Real

Don't fabricate an experience or create a review for someone else; let them write on their experiences. You mustn't review it if you are connected with, work for, or rival with a certain business.

Remember, you should not be paid to write a review.

Document your experience

Keep any receipt, snapshot, paperwork, document or order confirmation that proves you had a transaction with the business because you may be requested to authenticate your experience.

Be User Friendly

We expect you to be a polite contributor to our site. This means that you shouldn’t be nasty. Don't publish anything harmful, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory. You should not lie, bully, blackmail, threaten, or do anything illegal to other people.

Here are “tips” for writing a great review.

What shouldn’t be posted

It is difficult to explain what should or shouldn’t be posted. It is important to know that as a platform that connects customers and businesses, we have different responsibilities. We want to let everyone express their experiences: good or bad. Nonetheless, we must also discard words or remarks that cause severe harm to the individual reputations or cause serious losses to businesses.

 Relevant Reviews

Maintain the relevance of your reviews by excluding any promotional recommendations and advertising substances, or references. This is not the place to market items, offer vouchers for discounts or organize  groups of people who share your passions.

Be Private

Your feedback is available to the public. That is why it is never an intelligent choice to disclose important or private data about yourself, and it is never a good idea to provide anyone else's, that is: names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses or anything at all. We want your privacy  and others' privacy and safety to be respected and protected.

Examine the Site

People frequently submit a review for one company on the profile page of another. It is advisable to verify the business and region's website you're evaluating before posting. It will prevent future hassles.

Your User Account

To post a review, you must first create an account, it will enable everyone to view your profile. Your username, profile description, and photo must reflect who you are; it cannot be damaging, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene. If you include something you shouldn't, or if you create more than one account, we can deactivate your account(s). In addition, your user account must be associated with a legit, consistent personal email if we must reach you.

Changes are allowed

If you wish to add more information about a specific experience, you should update the review you had earlier made. You are allowed to write more than one review for a business if you have had many encounters; however, do not write a lot of reviews at once.

Marking reviews

Only mark a review if you truly believe there is a problem, and please be fair and consistent. We will be accessible to verify marked reviews to see whether they violate our criteria. If they do, we will take appropriate action.

What you should not do

Do not go outside your right to freedom of expression. We promote free expression, but some stuff is never acceptable. If someone marks your review for violating our policies, we may temporarily hide it and alert you that you need to make adjustments. We'll provide you the ability to keep honest reviews on Crit but they must align with  our standards. We will delete your user account, your reviews will be removed alongside it.

Conclusion

It is very important to know that we have the last say on how these rules are interpreted. We also determine how they are applied, and we can change them at any time.
